We are positive you’ll love our products as much as we do, however, if you are unhappy with your purchase or simply change your mind, we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving goods, provided all labels and tags are still intact, items are unused and unwashed, and in their original condition. A refund will not be granted if the item is returned damaged, soiled or without its original packaging, labels and tags or exceeds the 14 day return period.

Free Return Shipping
To qualify for free return shipping your original order must be $100 or over and you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods. Your item/s must also be in their original condition as outlined above.
How to return your item/s with our free return shipping policy:
- contact us within 14 days of receiving goods and quote your order number and reason for return
- Provided you comply with our returns policy we will issue you a reply-paid satchel to fit your item/s
- If your item/s do not fit a satchel you will be required to re-use the carton they arrived in. Please contact us if this is not suitable.
- Place your original invoice in your parcel.
- We will then issue you a full refund of the original purchase price, provided the item/s are received in their original condition as stated above.
Please contact us if you wish to return an item and provide us with your order number and reason for return. We will then promptly respond and provide you with all the necessary details of how to refund your item.
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty we will reimburse all shipping costs involved in both receiving and returning your item. If you simply change your mind or aren't satisfied with the product we will happily refund your purchase amount only excluding all shipping costs involved.
Upon receiving stock from our suppliers, every item is checked for quality. Sometimes the packaging may have experienced a little wear and tear on its journey to us. However, we ensure the item itself is still in perfect condition. Sometimes, however, faults may be overlooked, in this case we offer a full refund and we will personally cover any return shipping costs.
